The response to my problem was quick and the gentleman that came out to my home was very professional. All went well and he was informative, helpful and the problem was quickly resolved. THANK YOU! I will use you in the future and will recommend this company to my friends, as well. Good work!

I feel that if the employees would listen…REALLY LISTEN…to the customer’s computer issues, the company could better serve the community. I explained that my laptop would hang up for up to 10 minutes when attempting to run a report on my specialty software or to print a document. “So, you’re computer is running slow,” was the response I received. When I repeated the issue… that the computer was not slow at all times…just in certain circumstances, the response was repeated, “Yes, your computer is running slow. We will put it through our diagnostic process, and get back to you.” I eventually had to bring my laptop home and FIX IT MYSELF! Some details follow… The diagnosis and recommendation I received from Pinellas Computers: “Status of hardware/software/performance: Within hardware diagnostics we have identified that the machine is overheating within temperature tests, over 80 degrees C. All other hardware does pass, but with the machine over heating, indicates that this is a partial cause of slowness. Within software diagnostics we have found that the operating system is corrupted, failing our system file check and usability tests. Our virus scans have found numerous junkware installations and light malware infections. Expert tech recommendations: With the level of repair needed on the machine, it is recommended to replace the device. As a repair would require an operating system re-installation, data backup/migration, and thermal compound replacement.” Fortunately, I agreed to only the thermal compound replacement that was recommended…thank you…that probably was helpful in the long run. However, thermal compound replacement did not alleviate the issue I needed to have repaired…the hanging up when printing or running reports. It was up to me to figure that one out…without special diagnostic equipment. By the way, the computer runs great!
